Dear Sir:

Hope by the grace of God, you are fine and going well. First of all, I would like to introduce myself to you.  I am Atiq Ahmed, one of your DSL customer, residing in Westridge area and using MBL DSL services for about one year or so. There were times when I used to use dial-up connections and I indubitably remember those bad times. With the astonishing experience of DSL, it compelled me to write a few words on the great performance of MBL. I used to think that would there be any service in Pakistan providing such a services, I would get answer in no. But now I would say, I was wrong.

I still remember the day when I applied for DSL connection from MBL. One of your coworkers, Mr Raza arrived at my doorstep. He was not only an excellent professional, but had strong ethical values, which made me realize that the future of Pakistan is still bright.

After few days of installation, I had some technical problem and I was in hurry to complete my assignment on that particular day at any cost, I called MBL help center and they assured me to solve my problem in time. Again there are some genuine obstacles or some genuine delays to solve the problem, which I accept. I just thought to call Mr. Raza, but unfortunately he was not working in this area, but I was amazed having no approach to this area and his very tight work schedule, he solved my problem within no time. After that whenever I had such a problem, your technical support team and Mr. Raza helped me out beyond their limits.

At the end, I would again appreciate your great services and committed professionals.

Dear MBL,

I am writing this email with regards to feedback on my MBL connection at home. I would like to say that I am a previous user of Dancom Online and due to several problems and the lengthy procedures of fixing them I switched to MBL. At this point in time I am glad that I made this decision as connectivity is more reliable, the support staff are very good and helpful and overall with my work which continua's into late night I could not have a more reliable connection then this one!

Sir, this is just to inform you that our Router with new configurations and VPN device is properly installed. We are in a process of conducting users training for VPN client usage. We are thankful to Micronet DSL technical staff, who had provided me with a great assistance during the installation of both devices. Their coordination with Save Islamabad office, Quetta Office and with our local ISP was outstanding.

I would like to especially appreciate the efforts and hard work of Mr. Zafar and Sohail Sipra who not only made this possible but also guided me with the complete configurations of these equipments during their office hours, after office timings and even on weekends. I must say that Micronet DSL is best IT consultancy firm we have with the high tech qualified staff members.

First of all allow me to extend my gratitude to the CEO himself because of whose personal intervention, my repetitive complaints were addressed. Then, please accept my thanks to the dedicated personnel of the Line Team which frequently visited my residence to fix the problem. Thanks to these people, now I think the problem has been fixed almost completely. There are very less occasions when I cannot connect to the internet which occur very rarely now for which I am grateful to you guys!
