I am the loyal customer of MBL and i have almost reffered more than 20 to 30 accounts to MBL or dont know how many just because of their instant services and efficient speed. Thumbs up to the team , below are some more suggestion to bring innovation in the DSL sector. Like in payments , introduce the cash payments W/o Payees Cheques, Always first react to competitors; Do not loose this approach of marketing, Develop MBL BlogSpots / Forums for sharing MBL experiences and creates moderators for that forums from the customers.
I hope that , i will soon get the connection of Fiber as well , to enjoy fiber optic solution..Change your Tag-Line. (develop with image building of low price / best service). Expand your Operations in other cities as well.

Well, when i first came to Pakistan i was unaware of ISP\'s here. First i started using timed internet cards. I used these for atleast 1 year. Then i got sick of the low speed connectivity and frequent disconnections. My friend Faisal Javaid whose another MBL user advised me to try MBL dsl services. It was because of him i tried MBL DSL services and now i don’t regret his advice. MBL dsl service has changed my view of internet connectivity in Pakistan. It shows that there are Internet Service Providers out there who give Uninterrupted internet connectivity and Care for there customers in case of Technical faults and Isuues. I am very grateful to MBL for providing Home package Dsl services.

I am in Lahore. I used your services in Rawalpindi, I was really impressed using your service there. Till now I have used 512K links by Multinet DSL, PTCL DSL, and currently using Wateen's WiMax at home and Worldcall's 1MB link in Office But I'll be pleased to say it to you I used my best in Rawalpindi provided by you that was also a 512K link. I dont want to get in more detail In here I would just like to hear that Are there any future plans of Micronet to give services in Lahore and in the joining cities?
Not only me, but there are also much individuals and companies using broadband :)
Any ways
I'd really wish to hear a kind response from you.

I have no relative in MBL and neither have I any personal interest at the time of posting this story. I only wish to encourage extreme professionalism in Pakistan, whose best example can be found in MBL.
MBL services have been close to ideal, right from the time of installation, activation, rectification of problems to billing. They seem to keep the concern of their clients at the highest priority and both their online and telephonic service centers are exceptional.
I am yet to find a problem in resolution of my problems by MBL, which are mostly minor and rarely major. Today I requested unlocking of my account due to confusion of locking date and requested that my volume balance should be added at the time of bill payment, which was promptly incorporated. This is amazing, especially coming from a Corporate entity. Hats off to MBL style of corporate working. Keep it up MBL. You will not loose this client ever if you continue with this kind of service. |

I checked out every single ISP in my city before opting for micronet and i can safely say, Micronets broadband packages with respect to both speed and volume are the most attractive of any service providers.
I am also highly impressed by their hard-working customer/tech support staff which is incredibly efficient and helpful, calling back and checking up on any complaint you register till it is effectively solved.
Keep up the good work and thank you for helping me make the right decision
