Assalama liekum,I have to share my exprience with Micronet Broadband.Before it i have ptcl dial up connection and i have tired to use it because i cannot download large files which we need in this present days.So i need a dsl service.I find many companies but i prefer Micronet due to its great services.My friends have told me all about this company. When order my dsl connection to them.They quickly response me and i get my dsl connection very fastly and now i recommend Micronet of to all residence of rwp/isb which are falling in their coverage map.

I'm a student of Virtual University and a web master too, therefore a good quality DSL connection is a must. And I'm very happy that I preffered Micronet over other DSL ISP's.

It was indeed a pleasure talking to you and after having discussions with your self I my self feel confident that we will never be deprived of The After Sales Service, the way WATEEN customer services department had badly shaken up our confidence in providing after Sales Service Backup Support in complaint handling and in steam lining the internet service even after the laps of last two week time.

This poorer demonstration of after sales service at the part of WATEEN customer services department had pushed us to opt for an expensive option to use DSL Micro Net service.

My ultimate desire is to have uninterrupted internet service backed up with prompt after sales service so that our business operations are not being affected.

Therefore I am approaching you with the request for re-activation of earlier account and up-gradation to CONNECT 18 at your earliest please. Please also include supply installation, testing & commissioning of new WIRELESS ROUTER as a part of your scope of supply/Services.

Special note for Management: Please appreciate that after sales service support is like a blood line and if blood line is choked then it consequently results into a premature death of any organization which I believe WATEEN customer services department is playing its role towards disaster of their organization. I am one of the example who categorically expressed its height of frustration in provision of very poorly administered customer services. As a result of this I have decided to re-activation and upgrade your service. I do hope that I will not get disappointed and will not have a repeated experience like WATEEN again.

First of all I would like to say thanks to all the team member of the MBL, especially to Irfan and all the Team member of Qasim Market Area Branch who provide me the connection ASAP. Then to Abdullah from sale department who guide me in right direction. Thank you so much for all the peoples.

Being a web developer I need DSL connection as my jobs start somebody told me about PTCL but when did not see single response from them in 4 months and when I see them personally they dishearten me so much, I am very much happy when I put mail to MBL and within a min I receive a call from Abdullah a sale tem member of MBL.

I hope that you would give us your best professional and efficient services in future. I wish all of you well with happiness and joy.
