I would like to bring to your knowledge that on Thursday November 27, 2008 I refreshed my laptop with new Windows Xp in my office. Later at night when I reached home, I had to send an important e-mail to my head office and also to browse on the internet to get some required information. When I started my work, I came to notice that the Internet Service was not accessible. I made all the possible changes I knew but all in vain.
At that time I thought of calling your MBL TAC at 111 11 44 44 and got through with Mr. Hamad Azmi, Network Support Representative. I explained this gentleman about my problem and I am really thankful to him for extending his excellent support and cooperation to me, and I actually felt as if he is sitting right beside me and helping me out. In sum, I have no reservations at all in expressing my feelings that Mr. Hamad really impressed me. I am most grateful for his professionalism, and in my view, he is definitely a great asset for the company and I hope his talents are fully realized.

I am using the MBL for last 4 year. During that period I found the MBL DSL connection cost-effective and reliable. One thing special in MBL that their help line and technical support are very good. So I can recommend that without any hesitation you can join the MBL DSL .

Wahaj, Wanted to appreciate the professionalism, diligence and analytical ability of your sales executive, Omar Malik. I am getting a DSL installed at an employee's home and some technical problems and cost confusions arose. Omar was able to asses and resolve them fairly and quickly. Micronet/Nayatel customer service is better than the USA. Keep up the standards.

I recently got the DSL service from Micronet Broadband. I had previous experience with other DSL providers, but I have to admit that Micronet Broadband no doubt provides the best service. Mr. Mazhar Abbas of Sales Department was very helpful in expediting the process. I got my DSL service even before the date as I was expected to get it. Connection is very stable and I have had no problems.
Really appreciate the service and most important the quality of service.

hi i am Eesha ramis's sister.Ramis is a student of Beaconhouse. He was in class 3 but he has promoted to class 4 know. The net side which u gave is excellent because we all enjoy playing games.
