For Credit Card Holders!

 How it works?

  • Customer fills an application form to activate Direct Debit payment service activation and sends it to MBL billing department.
  • MBL will give one copy of the form to you and will retain a copy for its records.
  • Your DSL invoice will be produced each month and sent to you as usual (if you are a corporate account user). In case of home users no invoice is sent as the nature of the account is prepaid and require customer to pay the monthly charges on account expiry.
  • Every month your outstanding DSL bill will be debited from your credit card on confirmation from you via email or SMS for monthly payment. Accordingly Citibank (MBL Direct Debit Facilitator) will be informed of the amount to be deducted against your credit card number. Citibank will deduct the amount against your credit card and charge it to your bank account.
  • All bill queries will be investigated promptly with immediate adjustment made to your DSL monthly payments accordingly.

 How to Cancel?

You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time. Simply instruct MBL by writing a cancellation of Direct Debit service by referring to your contract signed with MBL for the service.
