In order to provide value and convenience to our customers, MBL has collaborated with Muslim Commercial Bank Limited (MCB) to facilitate MBL-MCB joint customers by allowing them to pay DSL bill via MCB virtual banking option.

Following are the brief steps, which will help you to pay you DSL bills online;

STEP 1: Eligibility - To be eligible for the facility, all DSL customers must possess an account  with MCB, along with ATM card facility

STEP 2: Activation of MCB Virtual Banking Option - Once MBL-MCB joint customers will activate MCB virtual Banking option, they can simply transfer DSL bill amount to MBL’s account. For any further information, Terms and Conditions, and FAQs, please visit http://www.mcb.com.pk/virtual_banking/

STEP 3: MBL's Account Number - All payments will be credited to MBL's Bank Account # 139001010031986

STEP 4: Transaction Reference Number - Once customer makes online payment, a unique Reference Number is generated against transaction by MCB Virtual Banking system. Please note that this reference will only be sent to payment submitter (customer) and not to the account holder (MBL).

STEP 5: Acknowledgment of Customer payment

• Once customer receives unique Reference Number, he/she is required to send this Reference Number immediately to MBL's Billing office via E-mail (billing@dsl.net.pk) , Phone(051-111 11 44 44) or SMS (0302-8555941) etc.
• Please also mention your DSL Account ID along with specifying transaction Reference number
• MBL’s Billing Department after receiving customer indication, will immediately credit customer account with 100 MB volume for one day.
• After receiving payment confirmation from MCB (with in 24 hours), customer’s DSL account (as per subscribed package) will be credited with full volume.
